It's Fall, Y'all!

What a perfect weekend! The weather was perfect and didn't get above 80 degrees.....my kind of weather!

The Pumpkin Patch Gang

Saturday, Victoria and I ventured out to the Arts and Crafts Fair at Centennial Park where we came home empty handed. Oh well. Sunday, a group of us met up and went to Gentry's Farm to go to the pumpkin patch. Needless to say, we were the oldest "kids" there. We actually saw some adorable kids there we wanted to take home, then realized we wouldn't have been able to go have drinks afterwards if we did have kids. We took a hayride through the farm, got up close and personal with the cows, saw a soybean field, cute houses, went through a corn maze shaped as a chicken and picked out our pumpkins. While getting lost and running into dead ends in the corn maze, we decided we're going to have a festive fall extravaganza on Halloween weekend: haunted prison, pumpkin carving, baking pumpkin goodies and a costume party that night. Until then, our pumpkins are safe as our decorations.
