IRS Drives Me To Drink

I'm going to take a moment to do what I do best - bitch. Being a grown-up is so overrated. Not only was I in an accident with an uninsured motorist that was her fault and is now going to cost me money*, but I have to file my taxes**.

* Lawyers will try and collect the money from the uninsured motorist, but c'mon - if she isn't paying for car insurance, what makes you think she's going to cough up money to repair my car?!?!

**I've filed my taxes before, but this go-round I have additional boxes filled in. As you know, I'm not good with math or anything of this nature, therefore it's throwing me for a loop and I feel like an incompetent moron who can't do a simple task.

All in all, being a grown up is cool at times - doing what I want, when I want - but sometimes I think it's worth being under your parents roof just to not have to work 8am-5pm and pay bills. Ok......it's just been one of those days weeks. Bitchfest over.

On a happier note, one thing that's positive about being a grown up....I can drink until I'm overserved. Cheers!
Did you ever notice that when you put the words "The" and "IRS" together, it spells "THEIRS?"
