Cupcake Queen

I had no idea what I started when I dressed up as a cupcake for Halloween two years ago. Mrs. Lori, who always makes me red velvet cake when I come to town, bought me this Sprinkles Red Velvet cupcake mix. Betsy, who I work with, bought me this cupcake maker that bakes cupcake in 5 minutes. Put these two gifts together and you hit the JACKPOT!  

These cupcakes are AMAZING! They were so good, I scarfed down about seven of them within 5 minutes, as if I was in a cupcake eating contest. Ok. Really it was just three. Good news for you - the mix can be purchased at Williams Sonoma!
