25 Amazing Food Cures

I found this article to be very interesting and beneficial (thanks to Robin). I'm going to try and incorporate more of these items into my grocery list and I thought I'd share! I find myself wanting to give myself a high-five or a pat on the back for these foods I eat on a regular basis.
