Healthy, Quick, Easy and Delicious

Ingredients with my pumpkin
This has become a staple in my book. It takes no longer than 20 minutes and is not only quick, but easy, delicious and nutritious!

Pasta with Asparagus & Walnuts
1 (4.7 oz.) pkg. Pasta Roni angel hair pasta with butter and garlic
2 cups water

½ cup sun dried tomatoes coarsely chopped
¾ pound fresh asparagus
¼ cup chopped walnuts

Cook pasta according to package directions, using 2 cups water and omitting butter and milk. Stir sun dried tomatoes into water with pasta. While pasta cooks, snap off tough ends of asparagus and cut asparagus into 1 inch pieces. Add asparagus to pasta last 2 minutes of cooking time. Add walnuts to pasta mixture and toss gently. (3 servings, 6 WW Points)
